HAUL Project Ready "Break The Silence Stop The Violence Seminar"

The Houston Area Urban League Project Ready and Communities In Schools partnered to offer a “Break The Silence-Stop The Violence Seminar for more than 55 Worthing High School students. The school Dating Violence Awareness Event was entitled: “LOVE DOESN’T HURT-LOVE IS RESPECT”, was an auditorium forum panel discussion. The event offered peer related guidance, statistical fact/data and personal testimonies from health and social work professionals on the subject of healthy relationships and dating violence.​ The event at Worthing High gave students a chance to put their voices on record and video. The HAUL Project Ready Worthing High Mentor 4 members pre-prepare several skits on Dating Violence, with solutions-options.
