This year HAULYP participated in the national day of service which is a day designated by the National Urban League Young Professionals for all chapters to do community service on the same day.

Thie focus this year was on financial empwerment in youth. HAULYp held it's youth interactive seminar at Wheeler Avenue Baptist Church in Houston. The kids were tought how to budget their money through a class discussion/project.
