Mandatory Home Buyers class (Sept. 2021)

The First Time Homebuyers Workshop is a program offered by the Houston Area Urban League to help low- and moderate-income families gain the knowledge to navigate through the home-buying process, such as:⁣⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
✔️ Preparing for homeownership⁣⁣⁣
✔️ Shopping for a home⁣⁣
✔️ Negotiating purchasing price⁣⁣⁣
✔️ Maintaining a household budget⁣⁣
✔️ Closing the deal⁣⁣⁣
✔️ Applying for a loan⁣⁣⁣

This date is to apply for the workshop orientation. Selected participants will need to be available for classes on the following three days.

• September 28, 2021, from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm (Tuesday)
• September 29, 2021, from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm (Wednesday)
• September 30, 2021, from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm (Thursday)

Classes are available in English and Spanish. ⁣⁣
