We are organizing a rapid response to citizens facing dangerous conditions related to damages and outcomes caused by the Texas Winter Storm and subsequent Blackouts.
The Operation is multifaceted:
1). Provide case management and emergency financial assistance;
2). Provide access to food, water, and other needed supplies; and
3). Create individual recovery and plans of action for stabilization.
