Over
the past 12 months I have seen so much growth and development in HAULYP's
programming, membership and leadership that I realized that we are
actually
'being about it' and not just 'talking about it'. Yet there is so much
work for us to do.
I want to encourage each of you to find your role in this Movement! It
is very rewarding to those who invest their time. There are several
opportunities for you to get connected, through our NUL Conference
this summer, our monthly General Body Meetings and our countless
opportunities to serve. Will you be about it?
You want power? Well you got it all at the YP Summit of the 2009 NUL
Conference.
Some of the most gifted, influential people in politics, media,
management, finance and non-profit have been confirmed/invited to
participate. They will be leading and speaking on a variety of
issues-from the State of Black America to 21st Century Leadership:
Addressing Current Problems by Generation NOW leaders. These
