The Harris County Mandatory Buyout Team (MBO) has implemented a team to resolve RFI
(Request for Information) and client escalated requests. These requests require examination of
financial records and GLO documents to ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity. The ideal
candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong ability to work under pressure, and possess
risk management skills.

Qualifications:
• Quality Review experience a plus
• 1 year or more of quality review experience
• Ability to think abstractly and see how small details relate to the bigger picture
• Detail-oriented, well organized and able to adhere to deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to multitask, work effectively under pressure, and prioritize workloads
• Strong computer application skills: Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Smartsheet and Word.
• Ability to preemptively identify and resolve issues based on project requirements
• Ability to follow established policy and procedures
• Bilingual-Spanish a plus

Role Responsibilities and Duties:
• Responsible for ensuring case files meet the established standards of quality and
compliance
• document internal audits and other quality assurance activities
• investigate client complaints and non-conformance issues
• Collect and compile quality data
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
• Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions
• Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
• Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
• Working with managers to ensure accurate and timely completion and submission of
GLO Documents and other necessary information.
• Must be able to communicate with supervisor and case manager case updates and
needs
• Must be able to follow and adhere to SOPs, Job Aides, and manager directives
• Read and update reports, documents, other management tools for tracking personal
progress
