ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Direct and supervise the daily tasks of the warehouse staff, ensuring duties are completed to the highest standards.
· Handle and delegate orders from internal customers, ensuring efficient and accurate preparation for external customer core viewings.
· Ensure that warehouse staff delivers core material to client specified locations in a timely and professional manner.
· Ensure that warehouse staff always upholds the highest level of accuracy and organization of inventories.
· Ensure adherence to warehouse safety protocols, corporate guidelines, and governmental regulations, fostering an accident-free environment.
· Facilitate effective and timely communication with management regarding the movement of core material within the facility.
· Train staff as necessary to ensure that duties are completed to the highest standards.
· Work closely with invoicing, sales, and project management staff to ensure all client viewings and on-site core storage are accurately invoiced.
· Review, improve, and maintain inventory tracking process/system to ensure the highest level of accuracy.
· Implement and manage an equipment maintenance program to ensure that all equipment (forklifts, vehicles, etc) are always in proper working condition.
· Responsible for creating and managing financial projections related to warehouse operations and revenue. This includes forecasting future inventory needs and budgeting for warehouse expenses.
· Conduct performance reviews, set performance metrics, track progress, and implement improvements as needed.
· Work with the facilities team to ensure the upkeep of the warehouse building and promptly communicate any required repairs or maintenance needs.
· Other duties as assigned by the Senior Management.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
A high school diploma is required with a college degree preferred with 5 to 8 years warehouse experience. A minimum of 8 years of warehouse experience will be accepted in lieu of education.
3 or more years of supervisory or management experience required. In-depth knowledge of warehouse and/or inventory procedures is required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Valid driver’s license and a good driving record. Certification attesting the ability to safely operate a forklift.
